I am licensed in Tennessee as aLicensed Professional Counselor ,Mental Health Service Provider, Nationally Certified Counselor with over 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping children ,adolescents, adults and couples with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and have them set their goals for the therapeutic process , treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use a combiation of CBT, client centered therapy, mindfulness ,Gestalt techniques and the Gottman method of couples therapy .I can act as a life coach as well .
