I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with 20 years experience in the mental health field. This includes working in a psychiatric hospital, Partial programs, and Crisis intervention. I have worked with clients dealing with issues such as depression and anxiety, mood and thought disorders, problems of life and adjustment issues, substance use and marriage and couples counseling.

My approach is to create a safe environment that is non-judgmental or critical, but compassionate and caring. I use a variety of approaches, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I tailor my approach to meet your needs and will develop a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
