I am licensed in Virginia with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & anger management. I see the counseling relationship as a collaborative partnership in which I assist clients in defining their issues and formulate goals for treatment. My style is a blend of person-centered and solution-focused counseling with paying special attention to family history and interpersonal dynamics.
