I am a graduate of Adelphi University's Master's of Social Work Program. My specialties included working with those suffering BPD, Mood Disorders, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, ASD, and learning disorders. I have worked in myriad of settings including a therapeutic community, the VA, a healthcare startup company, and a private practice. I believe in tailoring my treatment approach to each individual using an eclectic approach. The Evidence-Based treatment modalities I use include DBT, CBT, Behavioral Activation, ERP, Psychodynamic, Rogerian, Brief Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
