I am a social worker (LCSW) licensed in New York and Connecticut. I have seven years of experience providing psychotherapy, including with New York City’s most vulnerable populations. I have worked with individuals who have experienced severe mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma, physical/verbal/emotional abuse, as well as depression and anxiety.
My approach is humanistic; I am warm, authentic and consistent in temperament. I have over 150 hours of training in evidence-based practices (Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to name a few.) I believe everybody is unique and will tailor our work together to meet your specific needs.
