I have a variety of experiences working with all types of mental health-related problems from various cultures. I worked for 16 years in a Residential Treatment Center for Trauma and Addiction related disorders. I work with the client to create a safe and open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear or judgment. Taking the first step takes courage and I am here to support you in that process. My approach is through a Trauma-Informed Care perspective where we work collaboratively and my goal is to support your goal. Working in mental health is more of a passion than a career.
