I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience working in the mental health field. I have had been able to support clients with issues including ADHD, physical aggression, suicidal ideation, communication, anxiety, depression, as well as emotional and physical trauma.

I believe in creating a collaborative dynamic in which we address the most pressing issues to the client. I want to work closely in a supportive and engaging therapeutic process which is driven by the client. Utilizing therapeutic interventions primarily from cognitive behavioral, dialectic, and client centered approaches, I strive to work with clients to create plans to meet individual needs.
