My name is Ricky Morris, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 15years' experience working as a clinician in multiple settings, treating individuals, teens, couples, families, and a number of mental health disorders. My knowledge, passion, and experience enable me to offer effective, individualized, and quality care. My approach I work with individuals, couples, adults and teens who present with a variety of life challenges and from diverse backgrounds. My focus includes depression, anxiety, moderate to severe mental illness, relationship challenges, and grief & loss, and provide support and guidance to those bearing the significant burden of caring for family members of individuals suffering from self-destructive behaviors. My focus I enjoy working with all cultures, races, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientations, and beliefs. My background in various disciplines makes for a deep and engaging treatment experience that goes beyond intellectual insight. I help my clients reconnect with their inherent strengths & resilience, navigate through life obstacles, conquer their fears and inadequacies, alter self-defeating patterns, and successfully reach their goal of peace, clarity, and wellness. Many people begin treatment with insight but feel certain constraints life has placed on them make change impossible. Therapy facilitates reevaluating possibilities and finding one's way out of the binds that seem insoluble.
