Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience as an outpatient therapist. I want to listen closely as you tell me your story of what feels difficult to manage. It might be that you have had a handle on things, but life turned upside down on you and it's no longer clear how to find stable ground. It might be that the foundations have never felt very secure and you need support as you figure out how to build that stability into your life. Sometimes we are managing life OK, but we recognize we need some support as we move toward the future we want to be living.

I will help you create a plan for stability and building toward the life you want to be living. We will work together to build that future from the existing strengths you bring into therapy and through new tools useful in moving you toward your goals. I recognize that you are the expert and engineer of your life. If you are ready to build toward the future you want to be living, I can support you and guide you in that journey.
