I have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counseling, a Master's Degree, in Human Sciences and a PhD in Family Therapy. I enjoy working with the entire lifespan. My treatment approach is an eclectic approach building on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy in order to assist clients in discovering who they are and making sure that they see their strengths.
