About
"Greetings, I am Richard. Do you struggle with viewing yourself in a positive light? Has something in your life affected your sense of worth or is keeping you from living the life that was meant for you? In my over ten years of being a therapist, I have worked with many people to help them move past negative core beliefs about themselves, resolve past traumas that continue to affect them in harmful ways, and overall, learn to change the narrative of their story from hurtful and non-supportive to achieving healthy self-worth and love and acceptance of themselves. I am also a big believer in being your authentic self and am not afraid of being creative in our therapy together. I approach working with each client on an individual basis and tailor our work according to what will be the most effective approach as I believe that despite our commonalities, we have our own unique story to tell. My therapeutic focus is trauma, core belief issues, self-esteem, and confidence issues. I am also a practicing EMDR provider for the last 5-6 years and incorporate multiple modalities that will best help my clients. I commend you for taking this first step towards wellness and look forwards to working with you!"
