I am a clinical mental health counselor with a license to practice in the State of Utah. I also have had extensive training in marriage and family therapy, including a Ph.D in marriage and family therapy that was approved by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. My experience includes: (i) Over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples; (ii) Extensive experience working with many clients who suffered from a mood disorder, such as Bipolar Disorder and/or Depression; (iii) Helping individuals deal with their relationship issues, such as divorce, separation, parenting, anger management, domestic violence, and more. In addition to my doctorate, my education also includes an M.A. in mental health counseling.

I believe in people's ability to overcome challenges, including mental health problems, relationship concerns, and emotional difficulties. I also believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to therapy combines humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment theory, and models that focus on relationships. Every individual is unique, and our treatment plan will be designed to help you with your specific situation and needs.

We all have life challenges that may require professional help.
