I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Tennessee, and I have been in the field of behavioral health for 22 years. Cognitive behavioral therapies such as, (REBT) Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy are two modalities used in my practice. I also incorporate Person Centered Therapy into the therapeutic process. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bi-polar as well as treating issues involving relationships and couples. I also provide provide psycho-educational groups that gives clients coping strategies on managing emotions such as anger better.
