I am licensed professional counselor in Texas and New Mexico with 3 years of experience working as counselor and life coach. I have worked with a wide range of clients and concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, ADHD, physical trauma and emotional abuse.

Treating people with respect and compassion, avoiding judgment and labels, as well as ensuring a safe and nurturing environment in which to express oneself in, is my top priority. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy; tailoring treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
