About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, in 2016, practicing counseling for the past four years. I have experience working with all ages and many types of issues (relational and clinical), including ADHD, sexual abuse, physical abuse, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, divorce, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, as well as additional problems that have affected my clients’ respective families.
I believe in a strong holistic approach that provides my clients a haven to work through life's challenges. My training also consists of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as solution focused and narrative therapy along with other creative approaches to meet the mental health needs of my clients.
My goal for the counseling relationship is the client and the counselor will come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to define and explore present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work in a systematic fashion toward realizing those goals.
