I am certified as a Brainspotting practitioner, and highly trained in EMDR and other trauma-recovery modalities, I use CBT, DBT, Solution - Focused, Psychodynamic therapy, Client-Centered, and Systemic approaches in a contextual framework with emphasis on improving the existing dynamics of relationships with individuals, families, and at the work settings. 15+years I partnered with public and governmental agencies which helped me develop a unique way of meeting people where they are at, getting to the heart of the matter with compassion in the resolution of individual and relational difficulties. I am passionate to see people heal and unlock their potential of happiness to live a full and beautiful life.
