I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with over 10 year of experience working as a Mental Health Clinician and Behavioral Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also helped many people with anger management issues and people who have experienced domestic violence and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm, supportive, interactive, and focuses on my clients' needs. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship and creating a safe place for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I'm passionate about what I do and treat my clients with respect, empathy, and compassion. My approach is eclectic- combining CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) , Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I will collaborate with you and tailor the treatment plan to meet your goals and specific needs.
