I'm Rhyanna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is ready to help you lead a more fulfilling life. Taking the leap to start therapy can be a tough decision. Most of us feel that we should be able to handle everything on our own. I'm here to remind you that you aren't alone. You are supported and you deserve to feel your best, heal, and grow. I create a warm environment and empower my clients to take back control of their lives. I encourage an active therapy experience where clients learn skills, set weekly goals, and complete homework to build a sense of independence and self-confidence.
