"Hello! I'm Kim. Are you feeling ""stuck"" or overwhelmed? Life can be difficult, but you don't need to struggle through it alone. I am here to assist you with developing tools to empower you, and collaborate with you, in order to resolve issues as if they were my own. I help you cope, navigate and/or resolve Stress, Fear, Anxiety, Depression, as well as Substance abuse issues. I will help you resolve Male and/or Female Relationship issues as well as those ""stuck"" feelings or not knowing where you want to go in your life. Together, we can change your feelings of being Overwhelmed to one of confidently handling your life and its challenges. I can also assist you in resolving the Traumas interfering with your current life plans. I am a licensed therapist as well as a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I am passionate about how nutrition impacts mental health, and use multiple therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness- based Stress Management, meditation, and others."
