I am trauma and all the emotional wreckage therapist. I help adults overcome the emotional and oftentimes physical pain in order to live healthy happy lives no matter what comes. I have been a therapist since 2006 working in community mental health in rural New Mexico. I prefer adults and specialize in chemical and behavioral addictions, trauma resolution and emotional dysregulation such as depression, anger, anxiety and mood swings. I have experience in OCD, body image and relationship issues. I have a goal for everyone that I work with which is to teach all the skills that you need to counsel yourself rationally. I begin with your goals for therapy and life and using a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, help clients GET better. This is not about just feeling better, but actually getting better. My primary therapy modality is a form of CBT called Rational Living Therapy for which I hold diplomate status through the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also integrate rational hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness and behavioral techniques to help clients meet their goals for therapy and resolve the deeper problems often born from life's ugly times.

I am flexible in formats that we meet and frequencies of appointment. I do ask for clients to do out of session self help assignments to reinforce what we do in therapy. When you are ready to get better, let's get started.
