Hello, My name is Rhonda Johnson. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas with 8 years of experience in providing Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness Techniques to clients in need. I earned my Bachelors in Health Science with a focus on Community Promotion from the University of AR Little Rock and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience working with a various populations, such as teenagers, children, and adults in an outpatient, school based, and home based settings. I utilized Client Center, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness Counseling techniques to help clients work on past and current negative life experiences that often disrupt their current mood and behaviors in daily lifestyles. I pride myself in providing a safe, nurturing, thriving, and supportive space environment in order for clients to work goals to help improve quality of life.
