I grew up in a culture where mental health was more taboo than talk. As I grew and traveled, I gained new perspectives on the universal need for a place to express and heal. I made a promise to be that bridge for others. Working with diverse groups, from BIPOC children and adults with trauma histories to young adults grappling with life's challenges, my goal has always been to offer a space of understanding and safety. Along this journey, you can trust that I’ll always listen, understand, and intuitively know when you're holding back and need a gentle push. I bring a background of over a decade in the healthcare system, allowing me to witness the silent battles many face.
