Hey there, I’m Rhapsody. Is it hard to get out of bed some days? Does it feel like a huge task to even brush your teeth? Do you miss family functions or friend activities because you’re feeling too anxious? I provide client-centered therapy for individuals. Together, we can look at what isn’t working and identify new skills that can help to improve your mood, motivation and thoughts. I incorporate mindfulness into my practice, and, no that doesn’t always include meditation. If you’ve been dealing with depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder and/or have a history of trauma, I’m here to help. Seeking therapy can often be a big first step to mental wellness.
