Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a adjunct faculty at California State University, Long Beach. I have been practicing psychotherapy for almost 15 years. I am honored and humbled whenever I get to work with people in search for overall wellness and satisfaction. I have worked with people from different walks of life dealing with different types of situations. My approach involves strength based and supportive counseling approach using a dynamic relational model, I explore with you triggers, traumas, strengths, and moments of transformation to help you discover your resiliency and strength.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness awareness. I am currently undergoing training for EMDR. You are the expert of your life. I take a collaborative and non-judgmental approach. I use your feedback from our sessions to improve the work that we do together.
