I am licensed LISCW in Alabama with 12 years of professional work experience, working with adolescence and college age students, as well as older adults and children. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQ-related issues, relationship issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also teach clients how to develop a unique social skill method to help manage uncomfortable social situations with friends, family, and partners. I am also trained in ERP therapy for the treatment of OCD, Hoarding, and BFRBs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared. When you step into my therapy area it is considered a non-judgement, be yourself, zone, to allow you accomplish the goals you initially came to therapy for in an easier way.
