My name is Renita Dyal, and I am a mental health counselor. I have experience working with individuals of all ages in providing counseling services through the use of several evidence-based models. I have worked with individuals who have depression, trauma and anxiety; as well as provided effective therapy for families, couples and children. I believe in providing clients with a warm empathetic therapeutic environment that allows them to freely express themselves and allows for a safe space to have their voices heard. Therapy can be an overwhelming but rewarding adventure, and you are not alone; I too will be on this journey with you to help accomplish your set goals.
