Hello, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I've been practicing as an emotional wellness and relationship therapist, for over seven years, in a private practice setting. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression and other Mood Disorders, I also work with Couples and Relationship issues. I also specialize in Singles Therapy, for those individuals who are divorced, separated, widowed, or those who have been single for a long time and are having difficulties dealing with their Single status.

My approach to counseling is a holistic one, as one size does not fit all. Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy are just two approaches that I use with clients. However, your individual treatment plan is uniquely tailored to your desired goal for therapy. I create a warm, friendly, non judgmental and safe environment, where you can feel comfortable being yourself, while expressing your thoughts and feelings.
