I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and in Arizona, and have over15 years of experience working as a Behavioral Health Consultant, Military, Family Life Counselor and Life Coach. For 7 years, as a Behavioral Health Consultant, I have worked with people with a wide range of body and mind issues including stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes, heart disease and pregnancy. For the last 5 years, I worked with military service members and their families covering life and work issues.

My counseling style is open, interactive and very much Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I believe everyone has the answer(s) to their own questions and with a little guidance from a counselor/coach, they will be able to uncover them. I am a strong believer in self-care and coping skills as the core of what can help you manage life and dealing with anything it throws at you. I am passionate about helping others build a strong foundation and assist in building traits to help them succeed.

The clients who appear to have success in therapy with me, come ready to work, to figure out how to go around or over any obstacle. They appreciate my approach and know that I will not coddle them. My ultimate goal as a counselor is to help you find your right path, gain the confidence in dealing with life challenge, and basically, feel like you no longer need my assistance because you got this!
