Do you struggle to know yourself or to present your authentic self to others? I help individuals develop an empowered sense of self. I am an LMHC specializing in anxiety, trauma, and identity issues. I utilize an integrative approach that draws from Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Expressive Art, and Sand Tray Therapy to help you identify and utilize your strengths. I also integrate mindfulness and techniques from yoga to help create internal balance and peace in mind, body, and spirit. I bring lived experience as the parent of individuals who identify as neurodivergent to sessions in working with neurodivergent individuals and/or neurodiverse families.
