About

I am from the beautiful mountains in Virginia. For over twenty years, I have been a clinician, director, and supervisor for grad students, bachelor level students and master's level staff who are working towards licensure.
I specialize in trauma, substance use disorders, forensic, chronic mental illness, abuse, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, LGBTQ, self-esteem issues, and suicide assessment/risk reduction. I am guided by a strength based, person centered approach.
Most days, after work, I am playing with my dogs and cat, spending time with my family and loving where I live.
