I have worked with many people in more than 15 years of clinical experience manage life stressors from the day to day to serious and impactful events and life changes. Together, we can identify what's not working and find opportunities to feel in control and back on track. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing your personal care plan as an important and evolving approach to self-care, cognitive, and emotional management. I'm here to help.
