Hi and welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Renee Lopez-Delfino and I am here to help you reach your goals. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with 25 years of experience! Yes, 25 years! I feel fortunate that I have been able to work with numerous clients over the past 25 years. My specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. I also have experience with relationship issues, parenting issues, and vocational stressors. I have worked in both private practice and the hospital setting.

My therapeutic approach is to first and foremost built a positive therapeutic alliance. I am a good active listener and will assist you in identifying realistic and attainable goals. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and the Narrative Approach.
