Using 19 years of experience, I help women and men reduce suffering, learn from, and heal the past, increase a sense of safety, meaning, and purpose, increase flexibility in thinking, and find what is effective and then do what works. I assist clients in working through trauma, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
