This is your journey. To help you in your search for someone who can support you in a co-navigator role, I’d like to share a little about myself. Whether you are seeking clarity of goals or help to attain goals that you have already defined, I would like to be that support for you. I come with over two decades’ worth of experience and am trained to address issues that include: life-path concerns and decision-making, social/relationships, self-esteem, ADHD, trauma and adjustment disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and autism, grief and loss.
