I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have 8 years of clinical experience in working in individual and group settings. I am skilled in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, emotion regulation, addiction issues, self-esteem issues, and issues functioning in the community. I also have experience working with the unique issues presented to Veterans.

I utilize a whole health approach to focus on what is most important to each individual while incorporating DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing strategies. You are the expert, and I am here to learn about you and help you identify areas in your life that you want to change. I enjoy helping individuals reach their full potential through a compassionate and supportive approach so they can feel more confident with who they are. My approach combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and motivational interviewing modalities.
