I am licensed in Kentucky with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & depression. I use different approaches in therapy because each person is unique and has unique problems and circumstances. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use therapy that helps people figure out what is really important to them, develop goals that will have them live according to what is most important, and then work through the barriers that get in their way. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
