Reka has extensive experience in providing individual, couples, marital and family therapy. She specializes in interpersonal, systemic emotional and communication issues, including infidelity, power dynamic conflicts, and socio-cultural relationship challenges to help people of all ages and genders to be able to focus on their self-growth and overcome depression and anxiety. Reka personalizes psychotherapy techniques and methods such as Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based therapeutic methods and sex therapy for the individual need to develop assertive skills in the most challenging and complex circumstances. Reka is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and worked on her Postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology in Hungary. Reka is a lifetime member of Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology; member of AAMFT American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy; AFTA American Family Therapy Academy; IAMFC International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
