Hi there! I am licensed in Tennessee with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping adults who find themselves living a version of life that doesn't seem to be compatible with who they truly are. Many of these clients struggle with stress and anxiety, with addictions, lgbtq+ related issues, codependency, trauma, grief, unprocessed anger and more. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My core value as a therapist is being non-judgmental and I take a solution focused approach to therapy.
