I am a licensed mental health counselor and former dietitian. I offer the perspective of someone who has lived, studied, and worked in two different countries, and who has served people from diverse backgrounds in various settings including inpatient, residential and outpatient care. I provide a combination of insight-oriented and solution-focused psychotherapy. That means that I facilitate better understanding of yourself and your behaviors and I help you find workable strategies that lead to improvements in your life. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life who want to feel better and live their best life. Having said that, I have extensive experience with eating disorders, ASD, OCD, anxiety and depressive disorders, stress related to chronic pain and medical conditions, and trauma informed care.
