Hello!

My name is Regina Sellman, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania. I've been a mental health professional with both adults and youth in a variety of settings over the last 12 years. My clinical experiences range from school settings to outpatient treatment centers, which has given me the confidence to work with variety of clients. My eclectic work experiences have helped me to become a well rounded LCSW with the goal of guiding you to achieve your goals. I pride myself in my ability to be flexible and realistic when working with clients.
I think an important part of helping you reach your goals is having attainable short term objectives with a long term vision.

In my spare time, I enjoy getting outside and experiencing as much as I can both close to home and around the country. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, fly fishing and just generally getting out of the house! Though I've challenged myself by summiting multiple 14,000 ft peaks in Colorado and backpacking through rugged and beautiful country in the Black Hills, I find that I am just as happy on a local trail near my house with my dogs.
