Hi I'm Regina We all need a little extra support sometimes. As your therapist, that's what I'm here for. Do you feel your sadness last too long, your anxiety keeps you up at night or shows up every day? When you're feeling lost and don’t know what direction to go to find your happiness. I have ten years of experience working with diverse populations, and I always bring a nonjudgmental lens to the room. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients use their strengths, and work through those uncomfortable feelings and issues in their lives to reach their goals. In our sessions, I take a kind, empathic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach so you feel comfortable sharing your life experience with me.
