You are exhausted! You're not sleeping well, and you're drinking or eating more than you want. Relationships with friends and loved ones are strained. You don’t even enjoy the things you used to, and sometimes, it doesn't even feel like you're living your life. You're just going through the motions. You've experienced or been exposed to some terrible things. You try to put those things out of your mind, but you just can't. You're starting to feel like you're defective or broken.
My name is Regina, and I've been there. I don't believe that you're broken, but you don't have to keep living the way you are! We will work together to help you start feeling comfortable in your body again and start living your life.
Going to counseling is hard work. But I'll do what I can to make it easier for you. You don't have to have all the answers. Lets work together to figure it out.
