Hello! My name is Regina Jones and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in the field of counseling for over 20 years and I absolutely LOVE what I do! I am excited that you have taken this first step towards being whole and complete . I work well with a variety of people and specialize in working with Individuals, groups, family and couples. I believe that people can live a happy and prosperous life no matter what they have faced or is currently facing with the right tools. My therapeutic approach is heavily based on client-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy. Although, I utilize these approaches, I always use whatever approach that I think will best work with and for the client. Some areas that I have worked with clients with include anger, self-esteem, depression, forgiveness, abandonment, abuse, anxiety & stress, time management, communication and a host of other things.
