Many people seek out therapy because of stress, feelings of sadness, relationship problems, or just some aspect of their life is becoming a challenge to navigate. I am a trained Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience who approaches each client as an individual offering an empathetic and supportive perspective to help clients develop positive coping skills to sort through these challenges. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults providing a supportive environment to help promote mental health. My clinical focus is on anxiety and depression, loss and grief, behavioral issues, relationship problems, anger management, and dually diagnosed and chemically dependent individuals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfullness and a strengths based approach to help clients reach their full potential.
