About

Hello. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California with over 7 years of experience working with clients with moderate to severe depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. I have also helped many people who have experienced various life stressors, including relationship, work, and family issues.
I believe in meeting the individual where they are and starting from there. I prefer to help my client’s with identifying goals and creating an individualized treatment plan from there. I utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques.
