Life stressors and difficult experiences can make us feel unsteady. I enjoy helping people find their balance and grounding. Let me assist you in shifting thought patterns and habits that are no longer serving you. I am here to be supportive during the process. You don't have to do it alone! Sessions may include techniques to let go of things no longer serving you, exploring unhealthy habits and thought patterns holding you back, and building a stronger connection to your purpose. Somatic techniques may include breathing exercises, mindfulness, and other body-centered strategies. My focus is to provide a safe space for healing to occur.
