I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Hawaii with over 7 years of experience in the field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of needs and specialize in counseling grief/loss, existential concerns, stress/anxiety, and family conflicts. I have also supported many people with terminal illnesses.

My counseling style is warm and supportive, with a client-centered foundation. Through a strength-based lens, I draw on multiple modalities such as humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I will work with you to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.
