My name is Rebekah Phillips, and I am a licensed therapist with 12 years of clinical experience including acute, residential, and outpatient settings. I am passionate about helping individuals learn to love themselves, connect better with others and develop skills that support a healthy balanced lifestyle and achieve greater life satisfaction. Using a combination of video or audio-based sessions, messaging, and tasks you complete between sessions, I will offer you a safe space to be heard, understood, and accepted.
