"Hello there! Im Bekah! I have been working in the field now for over ten years. I started off in case management and then continued my education graduating with my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I take a more direct but compassionate and holistic approach to treatment and believe in collaboratively working together to reach your goals by exploring what has and has not been working and identifying and developing the necessary changes to get you there. I believe you are the expert of your life and I offer a safe space, built on unconditional positive regard, personal autonomy and a genuine and congruent therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with a diverse population with a multitude of various mental health and substance use diagnoses. That being said, I tend to specialize with those struggling with everyday life stressors, relationship stressors and conflicts, difficult life transitions and adjustments, trauma, grief, substance use disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression.
