I'm Bekah! I am a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Indiana, and I have about 10 years experience as a therapist. I have worked in an array of different areas but I specialize in trauma work and I have a lot of experience with stress/anxiety, grief/loss, depression, addiction, relationship issues and Christian counseling.
I try to include you in every treatment decision I make and I take an eclectic approach, meaning I pull from whatever treatment modality would be best for you and I ask questions to assure we are the best fit for one another. I tend to use Cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, Person-Centered, solution focused, and motivational interviewing but I sometimes use other approaches as well.
I know seeking therapy is not always the easiest thing, so I want to do all I can to help make it a smooth and easy process! I am kind, compassionate, and clinically skilled and I will work along side of you to get you to where you want to be in your process of healing and self-growth. I look forward to meeting you!
